In modern thinking, when we contemplate The Shadow aspect of ourselves, we tend to focus on the “bad” or “unhelpful” parts of us that we stuck down there. But guess what? We’ve also put a lot of excellent aspects of ourselves down there because at some point, we got the message those things weren’t acceptable for someone like us. So we hid that gold in our shadow.

This event begins with an inspirational talk, then meditation and card making so we can find that excellence – that gold – and bring it back home into our daily lives.

During this 2-hour recording you will:

- Experience a custom guided meditation

- Receive instruction as you can create your own SoulCollage card

You will need a short list of everyday materials:

• 5” x 8” piece of paper (this can be card stock, cardboard, paper – whatever you have around the house! This is basically half a sheet of letter sized paper)

• A small stack of magazines (any will do) or cut out images that speak to you

• Scissors or X-acto knife

• Glue stick or glue

• Ruler (optional)

• Journal or paper and pen
